Sometimes, life begins with a dream so vivid and close that you can almost touch it. You imagine yourself achieving that dream, feeling the joy and fulfillment it brings. But then, life introduces responsibilities. At first, you carry them alongside your dream, determined to move forward. Yet, as time passes, the weight of responsibility becomes a dense fog, clouding your vision.

Even in the haze, your determination keeps you moving. The fog remains, but something within you starts to change. Your body and mind evolve, becoming stronger and more resilient. Now, you can see through the fog, unfazed by the cold or fear. And then it hits you: the dream isn’t a destination—it’s the journey itself. You begin to enjoy the process, to embrace the life you have, and suddenly, you feel reborn—a new version of yourself emerges, shaped by both the dream and the journey.

Hi, I’m Adnan Hafiz Khan, and this is my story. like many, I started my life with big dreams. My dream was to become a writer—a storyteller who could connect with people through words. But as the eldest son in my family, I had responsibilities I couldn’t ignore. I left school early to support my family, stepping into the working world at a young age.

At 19, I was an introverted, book-loving teenager. I’d already written my first novel, though looking back, it lacked the depth that comes from real-life experience. That realization inspired me to step out of my comfort zone and truly live life—to meet people, understand their stories, and learn from every moment.

I began my professional journey in a restaurant, not just to earn a living, but to meet new people every day and understand their lives. That job became the foundation of a decade-long adventure across eight countries, where I worked my way up from a waiter to a manager. Along the way, I met people from all walks of life, each teaching me something new about humanity and the complexities of life.

But I never let go of my dream of writing. Even while fulfilling my responsibilities, I observed life through the lens of a storyteller. I questioned my choices, reflected on my journey, and tried to find meaning in every experience. This dual perspective—living and observing—taught me valuable lessons about balance, resilience, and the pursuit of fulfillment.

Now, at 29, I realize that both dreams and responsibilities have shaped me into who I am today. This blog, Easy Hacks for Busy Life, is a reflection of my journey. Here, I share practical tips to make life simpler, inspiring quotes that have touched my heart, and my thoughts on books and life’s many lessons.

Whether you’re looking for easy solutions to everyday challenges, inspiration to pursue your passions, or a fresh perspective on life, I hope you’ll find something meaningful here. This blog isn’t just about me—it’s about us, about learning to navigate the fog of life and finding joy in the journey.
